For this tour of Cusco and its surrounding ruins, we offer two kinds of service: pooled and private. The pool service, where agencies “pool” their clients together to form a group of around 15 people, begins at 2:00pm and ends at 6:00pm. On this tour we visit the Cathedral of the Main Square, the Inca Temple of Q’oricancha, and the nearby ruins of Sacsayhuayman, Q’enko, Pucapucara, and Tambomachay. For our private service, the tour can begin in the morning or evening, and a private guide and transport will accompany you at your leisure throughout the tour.

We also offer this tour with a pooled or private service. With both services, we depart Cusco around 8:30am and drive to the town of Pisac, our first stop in the spectacular Sacred Valley of the Incas. Here we visit the artisan’s market and ruins (private service) and then continue to the town of Urubamba, where we enjoy a delicious buffet lunch with international and typical Peruvian cuisine. After lunch, we drive to the Inca settlement of Ollantaytambo to visit the intriguing archaeological complex and town. From here our last stop is Chincheros, a typical Andean agricultural village where the women display their textiles next to the Inca and colonial sites. We arrive to Cusco around 6:00pm.

For those who want the complete package to Machu Picchu in one day or with an overnight stay, this tour allows you to enjoy your time without worrying about the details—we take care of it all. The tour begins at your hotel/hostel in Cusco, where we pick you up and transfer to the San Pedro train station. Here you will meet your guide and other passengers on the tour and take the 4-hour train ride through the spectacular Sacred Valley. Upon arrival to Aguas Calientes the group takes the bus to the Machu Picchu citadel, where our professionally-trained guide will give a tour of approximately 2-3 hours. We offer different options for lunch or you can decide this on your own. There is also free-time to enjoy the majestic ruins before boarding the return train to Cusco or spending the night in a comfortable hostel/hotel. For those returning to Cusco, we meet you at the train station and transfer to your hotel/hostel as the final part of our service.

The trains are based in round trip, it`s not possible to combine the routes for example go way in Vistadome train and Back way in Backpaker train this rule only apply if you take the pool service.
